KAYAdea is an interdisciplinary practice and technology-driven design office that completely dissolves the boundaries between architecture, structural engineering, and computational design. Named after its founding philosophy—dea (Design, Engineering, Architecture)—it represents an integrated approach, which does not merely produce aesthetic forms but renders them buildable through rigorous engineering discipline and computational power.
KAYA carries our founder Enes Kaya’s family name. dea stands for Design, Engineering and Architecture.
We approach every project as an intellectual inquiry and a structural exploration. Moving beyond conventional boundaries, we position parametric modeling, computational design, and structural analysis at the core of our practice to solve complex geometries, challenge structural limits, and develop highly performant, environmentally responsive structures of any scale.
Sustainability is the fundamental driver of our design. Utilizing advanced computational tools at every phase—from bioclimatic analysis to material tectonics—we design structural systems that are both visually striking and ecologically responsible. Design

Engineering

Architecture

Enes Kaya is an architect and civil engineer working across design, structural analysis, modelling and project documentation at KAYAdea. His office in Taksim, Istanbul brings architectural thinking and engineering discipline into a shared process.
The name KAYAdea combines Enes Kaya’s family name with Design, Engineering and Architecture. The relationship between these three fields forms the foundation of the practice’s multidisciplinary approach.
